A spelling corpus is a starting point, not a ruling
The lists are normalized and deduplicated from a public English-language corpus, then grouped by length. A broad source can retain rare, regional, archaic, technical, or inflected entries, so tight filters sometimes surface unfamiliar terms. Inclusion does not establish everyday usage or acceptance by a specific dictionary, puzzle, or game, and a legitimate term can still be missing.
